Quick, easy and alcohol-free. This refreshing mocktail uses very few ingredients and, best of all, requires no fancy equipment. It's ideal for drinking on a hot afternoon or for a guilt-free happy-hour at home... tastes a lot better than sticking to water and feels a lot less anti-social too!Recipe measurements will vary slightly depending on what kind of glass you use. In this recipe, we make a short mocktail but the general rule of thumb is 1 part cordial, 3 parts mixer.
Small bowl with salt and sugar (optional for rimming the glass)
Cut the lime in half and rub around the edge of the glass - the lime juice will help to make the sugar and salt stick. Then, turn the glass upside down and dip into a bowl of salt and sugar until it has a light coating
Add ice into the glass if using, slices of lime and fresh mint. Pour in the elderflower cordial and top with soda water. Give a quick stir and it's ready to drink
