This week’s recipe is not so much of a recipe but more of an alcohol-free alternative for happy-hour at home. It’s perfect for cooling down on a hot afternoon, an evening of self-care or a cosy date-night in. Overall, it takes 5 minutes to make (if that!) and is dead easy to put together.
Non-Alcoholic Elderflower Margarita
- 30 ml Elderflower Cordial
- Soda Water to top
- Handful of mint
- 1 lime
- Small bowl with salt and sugar (optional for rimming the glass)
- Cut the lime in half and rub around the edge of the glass – the lime juice will help to make the sugar and salt stick. Then, turn the glass upside down and dip into a bowl of salt and sugar until it has a light coating
- Add ice into the glass if using, slices of lime and fresh mint. Pour in the elderflower cordial and top with soda water. Give a quick stir and it's ready to drink
